I know I've seen this everywhere and I've been trying everything I can so I wouldn't have to bug folks. The usual guides/tips/lurking around help sections...but I'm now out of ideas for getting over this 98% hump. Figured I'd ask the masters in here .

-Done DD finish on everyone including Carl on both sides.
-Done regular finish in same manner
-lost to everyone
-Done DD >3 and =3 too i'm pretty sure.

Any ideas? Its possible I may be off on something but I'm not sure what. All the illustrations are unlocked. Altho I can't seem to find the others besides the pirate outfit :/.

Ehh I had this problem before.
Just re-do everything, until you find out what it is you haven't done xD... Use a story-mode guide on GameFAQ's for reference. That's what I did.
