20 framese startup on 3C
22 frames startup on A Optic Barrel

The only gamble she has is that she can do 3C>go neutral state>throw and pray that her throw comes out faster than the enemies low attacks (since 5D 6D and 4D are prone to lows) either that, or bait the lows with her 2D.


2C -> 3C only combos on crouching hitstun. If you do 2C -> 3C and they block low (even a normal block), you will get your ass fawked (Unless they just lost their last primer). A blocked 3C can get punished sooooo hard.

I meant it on block. Noel can't resume pressure after a 2C if the enemy knows how to fight her. But even on IB Noel is safe so she can't get punished, only if she tries to do something after it and depending on what the enemy is trying to punish with.

You can do 2C -> 5C -> short pause -> More pressure
