they'll probably make it playble online, although it would probably make some servers for the european version alone unless they make them dlc for the others.

As long as they release the new content as DLC for the US I really dont care if I have to pay....just so long as they do it.

I don't really know what the big deal is. The Japanese console version isn't as good as the American as far I know, and IF they didn't get a patch to add what we have, then it'll be the same story for Europe. *However,* to make tournament and online play FAIR, I think everyone needs the SAME access to all characters in the game, which means free dlc for everyone, regardless of platform and location. Please don't further screw us Tager players over (vs. Arakune, Nu, Rachel)!

Anyway, as long as Kokonoe isn't playable...I personally thought she was a total bitch in Tager's story mode, treating him like a slave and test subject. Besides, we don't need another catlike character or conceited jackass to choose from (Jin anyone?).

ALRIGHT! Now I can play the game without having to jouney into central London in order to play the Arcade version against just the AI.

Oh and apparantly it is PQube who are the publishers.

ButButBut Kokonoe is awesome,
she's like Baiken, only better!
And if you can't handle a woman with balls (ugh...)
then there's always Noel.

I think the amount of characters are just fine,
spare the rest for Continuum shift.

Well they have it up on Pqube's site as well as an 'official' blazblue website for Europe. Though weird thing is that everything about it looks exactly like the US counterpart only rated by the Pegi instead of the ESRB. Also a date has been confirmed by their website to be one 01-02-2010 (d/m/y)

Some guy on SRK bitched about how Europe is getting Continuum shift instead of Calamity trigger without any proof, he even sent an E-mail to one of the publishers. this is what he had to say:

"I can confirm that Blazblue PS3 and X360 will be released throughout Europe in February 2010. This will be the European version and will have enhanced features (to be advised) in comparison to the title recently released in N. America and Japan.

There are plans for the next version of Blazblue, but this is still in development, therefore any news / previews of potential features is not confirmed as all games are subject to feature set change as products evolve through the various stages of development.

As soon as we are in a position to announce the next Blazblue title we will do this, but rest assured that the European version of the first Blazblue title will be absolutely amazing and stunning !!"

Lo and behold as this "amazing and stunning" thing
is unlocked unlimited characters from the get go.

I think that Hazama & Tsubaki will be included in the European release since they said there will be new characters.

I doubt it,
i don't want to go into detail,
just check out the continuum shift thread at SRK and you'll understand.
