ARW never said they were making him DLC, the DLC they were talking about was another balance patch, I believe.

There isn't any more place-holder data on the BBCS discs for more DLC characters, so I don't know if they can put any new full characters in (they probably can though! This is just a random thought, it's five AM ignore me!)

I do hope he becomes DLC for the console version, but I ain't placing any bets on it happening.

Sorry, but I disagree. I've seen way too many companies say they were going to do something and then didn't do it, their plans change, or the news isn't exactly what you thought they said. For example, a lot of people believed Platinum was going to be available for download in March because they announced she would be released in spring. I was one of the very few in this forum who already figured she would not be released until late spring (May). So I would rather be skeptical for the moment. Once there is a definite confirmation, then I will be all happy with rainbows.

@Takoto: Thanks for clearing that up. Just fyi though, it is possible to add DLC without placeholders. Fallout 3 is a perfect example. They could do the same for Relius if they even consider it.

Even if they don't make him a DLC he will probably be in BB3 so it's not a REALLY big deal.

FYI, Relius is going to be available only in the arcade version of BBCS2, along with a completely new balance patch. (You didn't heard me wrong) The interface is also given a new 'purplish' feel in the screenshots below.

Just saying but Ignis' move in the 3rd screenshot looks like one of those moves that n00bz will spam lulz
