Sol actually has a nice ring to it. Badguy is kinda odd.
To tell the truth I don't really have much hopes in a BB anime being good. Unlike the fighting game itself which can take the points of view of all the cast to complete an story, the anime would most likely follow 60% of the time Ragna (at most with Tao tagging along) showing off (he is the hero, he battles the NOL, he has the power of darkness, his will is unbreakable and all that stuff), 15% Noel being dramatic about her bad life, 15% Rachel and Terumi explaining the plot and the 10% left for the others.
Seriously, if BB had been an RPG like intended originally, it would have been Ragna's fight with the NOL and Terumi while the rest would be just subplots, to follow a single line. Most likely that Ragna (the main character), Tao (the partner and friend), Noel (the heroine), Bang (the good doer) and Tager would have been playable. Rachel would be the classic enigmatic character the just slips clues to move on.
-Jin and Arakune: Minor bosses, Jin to show more of Ragna's past and move Noel. Arakune to see the negativities of the Boundaries. Jin rival status is laughable if we take in count he was thrashed twice by Ragna almost effortessly and having Ragna ignore him and consider him a pest more than anything. So yeah. Arakune brushed off as a lesser Mook until Relius picks him up
-Hakumen: Major boss, kinda of a rival at most.
-Litchi and Carl: Subplot characters, Carl to deep into Relius.
-Valk: Just Rachel's buttler
-Tsubaki: Boss to move Noel's story.
-Makoto: Just Noel's friend.
-Nu and Mu: Final boss
-Terumi and Relius: Hopeless boss fights, except for Terumi's duel with Ragna.
The good part of having BB as a fighting game is that everyone gets his share of story, even the most irrelevant characters to the main plot. This allowed the ones with the least importance to the story to have something and also action: Carl has his own story to reach Relius, Litchi has her own drama with Arakune, Jin is still extremely irrelevant to the plot but is setting up with his change of attitude and the Power of Order, among other things (which I hope has some twist or gimmick that makes a difference compared to Hakumen's)
I could care less about an anime, (though I'd still probably watch it) but what on earth could they change in terms of gameplay for bb3 besides character balancing and tweaking?
I for one would love to see some new stages. Nothing has matched they beauty of kagutsuchi port
I dunno, new sprites for those who need new outfits like Jin and Noel (who quitted the NOL making strange to go with their uniforms anymore), Tsubaki and Litchi (It would be weird for those to go with their regular outfits now in the NOL.) Cinematic Astrals, more music. A couple of more playable characters (Saya, Jubei, Phantom, maybe Kokonoe, Tenjo's son). Revamp the movesets a bit, like...I dunno, more Black Beast moves for Ragna, aesthetically different moves for Jin's ice arsenal with the Power of Order, 100% power Hakumen, Bang using Rettenjo.
They can come up with something.
