I tried to figure this out myself but how old is carl's sister ada.She was old enough to be around during the dark war. However got sealed away by celica .But she's young enough to be around with carl. how is that even possible. and for that matter if she was nirvana during the dark war how can carl know thats ada. i really dont see how carl and her fit in the timeline. for carl to know his sister talk about her in school and care for her so fondly he'd have to be around before the dark war . and that would make him a grown man but he's not. So can someone please explain this to me. everything i said makes sense but i still dont get this.

Ada and nirvana are two different things.

Ada= Carl's sister, she wasn't around during the dark war. She was born sometime 20 years before bb occurs. Relius Clover was transported from the past to 20 years before CT so Ada can't be older then 20.

Nirvana= the nox nyctores, she was around during the dark war. Owned by celica, it can be assumed that nirvana became dormant after being sealed because when Relius first haves her she can't move so it seems that he used Ada's soul to awaken nirvana.

I actually have a theory about Ada. I think that she was in the Zero Squadron when she was a real girl. One of Carl's victory animations has Nirvana closing up looking very similar to Tsubaki when her robe and mask are on, along with the Clovers being an NOL family with Relius and Carl having been in the academy so it would be plausible.
