It ALWAYS does 3k damage.

If you combo into it, the whole combo totals 3k.

If you do it all on it's own, it's 3k.

What's up with that?

Maybe because that's his max astral damg. I think he should do something like ragna and he does 15 to 16k for his astral for no reason at all lol.

1000 for each hit, then the last hit does 1 damage. Not sure why...

Yes it does, not only does it do more damage but it also contains one of Tager's epic ass quotes. (in both eng and jp)

It's because it does the EXACT amount of health your opponent has (Tager's, anyway.)

I just tried it, he did 2200 damage on a Ragna in training mode with 22%.

Very similar to Jin's one I guess. As his one is whatever the remaining health is. Heck I've even managed to get the astral doing 200 damage or something like that.
