The last point in the list above is sketchy, since in the movelist you can clearly see that after the ACTUAL Hatsu/Chun there's a thingy that has nearly identical Japanese symbols to the 41236B/C and the special move itself: Reach: Last Chance. So I doubt that those moves have been removed. Also no blue box.

I'm currently trying to find a list of changes in terms of buffs/nerfs for Litchi, but I haven't run across any yet. If any of you (If any of you care enough to read this :U) find it, feel free to post it yourself.
