Ok folks, Bang got a combo thread now. You know what that means? FREE COMBOS FOR EVERYONE. Try to keep discussion on this thread related to combos only, i dont want this getting too off topic. Also post any new combos you might find, normal or FRKZ. Dont forget to list any special requirements for the combo(CH? Fatal? etc), or if it's character specific or not.


Important: Combos that have a 5A starter can go for a 5B starter instead for more damage and sometimes, combo possibilities. Unless stated otherwise, all combos that start with 5A will work with 5B starter as well.

ps: jc stands for jump cancel. J.C stands for Jumping C. i will be using those 2 a lot, and i hope you guys can do the same when listing combos for me to update the OP with.


5A>5B>2B>2C>623B-Short combo that works on both standing and crouching enemies. Not terribly useful, but it's still important to list.

Damage: 1767. Heat: 14.


5A>5B>2B>2C>214C-Combo with bumper oki finisher. Bumpers are a gimmick not many Bang mains use, but it can be a important tool nevertheless. Bumper pressure can be extremely dangerous, specially mid-screen where you can do bumper crossovers. C Bumper is the best because it comes out right in top of Bang, allowing you to bumper dash almost right away. the Bumper at the end is optional for Bumper users only, and 2C alone offers good oki as well.

Damage: 1259. Heat: 9. Costs 1 nail.


5A>5B>2B>6C>J.D>jc>236C>5C>6D>623B-A must know for any Bang user worth of it's sauce. Works on standing enemies only and gives 2 FRKZ seals. Learn this combo folks, it's important.

Damage: 2260. heat: 27. Costs 1 nail.


5A>5B>2B>6C>J.D>jc>236C>5C>6D>214C-Bumper finisher for the combo above. Same rules apply. Can change finisher for 5C>2C instead of 5C>6D>214C for bumperless oki, although it's not very strong.

Damage: 2046. heat: 21. Costs 2 nails.


5A>5B>2B>6C>J.D>2B>6C>jc>J.4C>623B-Nailless version of the combo above. Is character specific but can become universal by jump cancelling the 6C right before J.D(Only required on characters with small hitboxes like Carl and Platinum). Standing enemies only, and a important combo to know as well.

Damage: 2466. Heat: 27.


5A>5B>2B>6C>J.D>2B>6C>Jc>J.4C>J.C-Oki version of combo above. Sacrifices small damage and heat gain for the great J.C oki. Standing enemies only because troll 6C is troll.

Damage: 2327. Heat: 24.


5A>5B>2B>5D>jc>J.B>J.4C>jc>J.B>J.4C>J.C-Combo for crouching enemies, and crouching enemies only. This is a easy combo but you must learn to hit confirm on crouching enemies because 2B>5D Doesn't combo on standing ones. Important because Bang has completely different combos for standing and crouching enemies when outside of the corner.

Damage: 2010. heat: 21.


2D(CH)>J.D>2B>5D>Super Jump Cancel>J.4C>J.623B>66>5C>6D>623B>2C-4 Seals combo done from Player 1 starting position. While damage and heat gain are not bad, the main point of this combo is the fact it gives 4 seals, allowing easy acess to FRKZ. It is possible to do this combo without a 2D Counter Hit, but it requires far higher execution and a super jump cancel after said 2D.

Damage: 2863. Heat: 35


5A>5B>2B>2C>623B>5B>6C>jc>J.623B>5B>jc>J.A>J.B>J.4C>jc>J.4C>J.C-Corner combo. One of the most basic of Bang corner combos, and important as well as it goes to show the difference between Bang's damage and heat gain on mid-screen and on the corner. The Jump cancel before J.623B must be aimed slight to the opposing direction of the corner so that you can end the combo with the enemy still there, otherwise you two will switch positions, and you dont want that.

Damage: 3355. heat: 43.


5A>5B>2B>6C>J.623B>66>5B>623B>2B>5B>jc>J.A>J.B>J.4C>jc>J.4C>J.C-Another Corner combo. You and your enemy but be literally mashed together on the corner for the combo to work. Standing enemies only.

Damage: 3205. Heat: 40


5A>5B>2B>6C>J.623B>66>5C>6D>623B>2B>5B>jc>J.A>J.B>J.4C>jc>J.4C>J.C-One of Bang's best corner combos. While it is much easier to do it if you're somewhat far from the corner(but not enough for the J.623B to not wallbounce), You can still do it from the same position as the combo above this one if you switch positions with your enemy by doing a small dash and 5Cing as Bang turns around.

Damage: 3449. Heat: 44


B+C>Air Dash>J.4C>2B>5B>jc>J.A>J.B>J.4C>Jc>J.4C>J.C-Mid-screen combo off grab. first J.4C must be slighty delayed for the combo to work, otherwise the enemy will be too high up for you to 2B.

Damage: 2302. Heat: 23


I will be updating the OP with more combos from time to time. Please, if there is anything you guys want to point out in here(wrong info\something missing) Then please do. Anything new is also appreciated.

corner combo. BC air dash JB J4C 5C 2369C nail jD 2369 C nail 5d forgot the rest. saw nezu do it on gods garden. currently in the dominican republic so i can't test it. does it work?

A good combo. 5A, 5B, 6C, J.D, 2B, 623B, 2363214C, 6C, 623B. That's a combo I took a while to learn, and after the 2363214 motion, the timing to connect the 6C is really tight, so you must do it in the exact moment or you'll miss.

Costs 50 heat. No nails

easy 5k corner combo. discoverd by accident. air grab. 5c 6a 632B 6c 632B delay 5c 5d daifunka. works on everybody except makoto noel and tsubaki.
