Each tournament will be started and finished in 1 day. So if you want to join for Xbox 2/26/2012 all you will need is to be available for a few hours that day (or less depending on how many show up) to do the entire tournament. If you need to leave you will DQed and the tournament will continue as planned.

Pretty decent turn out so far. 12 unique signups in only four days and we have a little over a month till it begins. Should be pretty epic.

Hey Yig, do you have any plans to do team tourneys using Extend's new team battle feature?

Like you can do 2 Vs 2 or 3 Vs 3, I think it'd be alot of fun.

You could also do random teams from whoever signs up to mix it up.

Yup, i have full plans on it.

I just wanted to wait till i got to look at it and test it myself before setting anything in stone.

Answering your query from the other thread:

You can have any variation of teams from six people (only two teams though red or blue) but I'd imagine for a team tourney you wouldn't want to run handicapped matches so the two I mentioned are the only ones relevant.

Also, bars DO carry over (prevents one player from wrecking a team by himself too easily) but you do get some health healed before the next fight (for example I played a match vs two other players, beat the first one then when I fought the second I had a quarter of my health already gone).

When you say bars do you mean just health? I figured that your health would stay wounded for the next round but when i said bars i was referring to heat.

Such as in KoF where the first 2 characters can generate gauge for the 3rd to go crazy with.

How about burst gauges?

K, figured as much. But yea, il probably do a 2v2 or 3v3 tournament after a few standard ones. Il use the seeding rank + some randomness to determine the teams. This will assure 2 high ranking participants will not be on the same team.

Just ordered a Hauppauge 1445 HD-PVR Gaming Edition. I will now be able to begin testing my streaming capability with my connection.

EDIT: Free month trial of amazon prime... il get it tomorrow.

Il probably stream something just for the lawls to test it.
