Hakumen laugh?

em, guys, I just see a (JPN) fight between Hakumen and Tager, and Hakumen won, then in his victory quote, at the end... he laugh, more or less like Jin... can somebody explain me what the hell that means?

Didn't really want to post on this thread before you mentioned me. We need someone to translate what Hakumen said before the laugh, because the only plausible theory is that he is mocking Tager and\or Kokonoe.
