All people entering this event must live in North America or Europe, this is to try to help avoid lag/delay.

Anyone caught intentionally lagging games will automatically be kara-thrown from the tournament.
Games that are to be streamed must start the game, wait for the stream (me) to join game, then exit ggpo to avoid spectator spam.
