Chapter Black is a gaming community with the vision of eventually hitting up tourneys like EVO and taking apart of MLG match games. Theres no reason not to join us. You like money? Yeah. We like money too. Thats what were aiming for, son. Casual and Competitive gameplay is what we are here for, and when do things, we do it big. Come play with some really cool guys and beat face, then make some money for doing it. Thats what we'll be eventually. So if thats your thing, keep reading.

Of course, at the moment we are a small community of Casual Gamers, run by my friends Kenny Shaw A.K.A "CB Raw Material", and Jermar "Mars" Terry A.K.A "CB The Madness".

So far we are running a GameBattles account for Gears of War 3, so any of you who play that are welcome to test your skills or get bodied by Mars if you cant make the scratch, then practice with him and try again.

We do also plan on running other games, too. Although I don't know which ones quite yet, rest assured Blazblue: Continuum Shift and its sequels will be on the roster, and I personally will be the captain of our BB team, and like with Gears, if you can cut the standards and have the right attitude you can be put on the roster too.

We have multiple stuff up, so go check it out, see if your interested. If you are, hit up Kenny or Mars and see whats up and if you can cut the roster.

If you want a run down of our current business mantra, its like this;


We are currently underground, mostly ONLINE play style, Gears 3 and BB + other solid games.

We will expand. Currently we are working on a website, and itll probably be up on Wednsday, along with T-shirts and other merchandise eventually. MLG gameplay is a not a possibility, its an actuality. We will be hitting up live games someday. EVO, MLG, and other tourneys you can think of. As long as its a Solid game, well probably rock it with the right community mindset.

We do require that you throw a CB in front of your name (And i dont have this yet, but I will be getting it eventually) to join the MLG teams for complaint reasons. We dont ask for much, just put "CB Beaver" for example.

If someone says "Hey that guy doesnt have CB in front of his name /raeg" you will have to be kicked out of that match. So its better to just get the tag and play with us. Youll make the money back when we start getting into pro leagues anyways.

Country restriction? And do you guys play Yu-gi-oh!?

Uhm

No country restriction, im sure. If you guys get started up in it, and bring some EU friends on board, then we might get a EU team started up, but you'd end up strictly online/1 man offline tourney's until you either:

1.Move to america for Team Tourneys/Visit
2. Get EU people on CB so that we can have an EU specific Team.


All of us are in america, at the moment, though.

As far as yugioh, we play any competitive game we can scratch up the players for. If you throw on a cb shirt or w/e, represent us, be a part of the community, etc, you can play whatever you want. You just might be the only one of your kind until you can recruit some more, or we find anyone who plays. xD

A few questions, how many of you have PCs capable of using GGPO/3rd Strike online on PS3? Do you have any plan to make money for sponsoring players other than selling T-shirts or something like that? How far have you personally made it into any tournament, major or otherwise as long as it's offline? What plans do you actually have for fighters or strategy games such as Starcraft, or MOBAs like LoL, or DotA?
I'll come up with more later.
