Hello there, wondering why the BB3 threads were locked? Because I've noticed it's dying, reading through it I realised there's alot I would change if I could do it again.

So I've decided to start the whole thing all over again, as in, doing and RP that carries on from Continuum Shift, this gives us current members a chance to use the OCs we fleshed out doing the course of the last RP and be more consistent with their backstories.

It also gives people a chance to join us, we're starting completely from scratch, so now you don't have to worry about not knowing what's going on anymore.

So, enough story telling, here are the rules and stuff.


Rules:



1) Godmodding
Under no circumstances are you allows to injure or kill another person's character WITHOUT that members premission, you are also not allowed to start storylines involving other characters without the member's permission. Any fights/plot twists you want to have with anyone else has to be discussed beforehand with the person via PM.

WHAT COUNTS AS GODMODDING:

-Dealing severe damage to another character you do not own, this includes knocking them unconscious and taking off a limb or outright killing them. You MUST have permission from the owner if you want to do this.

-Destroying/Attacking locations. You MUST permission from me before doing this, especially if its a location where alot of the characters are. This rule applies to the following locations:

> Sector Seven's Base
> NOL Headquarters
> Ikaruga
> Kagutsuchi

- Undermining other characters. I don't care how powerful you think your characters are, they are not a god, and they are not able to withstand everything, obviously for story purposes there will be time when certain characters are more powerful then others but if I see anyone one hit ko'in everything in site, I will not be happy. If you do this to someone's character, they are fully justified in doing the same back to you, I'd like to warn everyone I've had some experience in god modding like this, so undermine my characters if you dare

-MAKING UP ABILITIES
Do not make up abilities as you go on, you are limited to what it says in your "weapons and abilities" tab, if you wish to add abilities, let me know via PM.

2) No inappropiate posts
This is a serious RP about what could happen in the next chapter of the Blazblue story, no stupid posts involving unnesscary sexual references or references to internet/blazblue memes, like, don't call Hazama a troll, don't have Jin get a hard on for Ragna and so on. Occasional humour that MAKES SENSE in terms of the character(s) in question is ok though.

3) Activity
You have five days to post, if you have not posted and have not come to me explaining why you haven't been able to post, you will be skipped and everyone will have permission to use your character momentarily for their posts.
If you can't be active in the RP for any reason or wish to stop posting, you must let me know via PM and delegate your characters to someone else, I will not be responsible for anyone that falls behind due to unexplained absency.

Please, if you know that sometime in the future you will not be able to keep up with a five day deadline, don't join, not trying to be mean but I don't want this to die like the last one.

No trolling, no jokes, NOTHING OOC is allowed in the RoCharacter (Only no trolling applies to the last three) leplaying thread, Sign Up Thread, Theme Song Thread or the Original, I will not tolerate people mocking this project which I and the others have worked hard in creating and sustaining. People have been banned for doing this, and if you do this, I will report you to the mods, you have been warned.

5) Flaming/Insults
I won't tolerate any flaming or insults going on, if you have a problem with what someone is doing, you give constructive criticism or you shut up. There will be zero tolerance here. You face warnings and possibly a ban. I will warn you via PM three times and after that I will ask that you stop posting in the RP, kill off/delegate your OCs and find new owners for any main characters you owned, if you ignore the ban and try to continue posting, I will get in touch with the moderators and get them to delete your posts.

Also, when I say ban, I mean from the RP. Unless you're an outsider spamming the RP thread, in which case the mods WILL be informed.

Ragna The Bloodedge: The body of the black beast and the wielder of an imitation of the azure grimoire (although he can now access the true azure through Lambda's idea engine). He is currently on his way to Ikaruga, accompanied by Taokaka; he says there's something he needs to do there, what that is, is unknown at this time.

Imperator Librarius (Saya): The ruler of the NOL and effectively, the world, she is Ragna and Jin's sister, Saya, she has not aged since the day Terumi kidnapped her, her current location is at the NOL's headquarters.

Hazama: A member of the intelligence department in the NOL, his real identity is Yuuki Terumi, formally one of the six heroes and the creator of the Azure Grimoire, his objective is to plunge the world into despair, he is at the cauldron in Kagutsuchi, watching over the regenerating Nu with Relius.

Noel Vermillion: She is the 12th Saya clone, previously regarded as a failure but was actually the true successor to the Azure Grimoire, her true form is Kusanagi (Mu-12), the god slayer but Ragna sacrificed his left arm to change her back to normal. She is currently travelling to Ikaruga, accompanied by her friend Makoto and Iron Tager.

Rachel Alucard: A vampire who was previously an observer, secretly trying to aim several of the characters to not repeating mistakes they made in previous time loops after using the Tsukuyomi Unit to protect Kagutsuchi, the Tagamakahara system took away her power to observe. She is currently with Valkenhayn after splitting up with Hakumen; she is at the Alucard Mansion

She did the same as him, and is slowly turning into the same thing Lotte had become, in her desperation for a cure for both herself and Arakune; she has joined the NOL, who kidnapped Arakune to ensure her loyalty. She is with Saya at the NOL's headquarters.

Sadly, her overuse of the Izayoi caused her to go blind and she was brainwashed by Terumi into thinking that Noel is responsible for everything that has happened to her. Her eyesight is temporarily regained under Phantom's sorcery and she is currently with Saya at the NOL's headquarters.

His weapon was manfactured by himself with the help of Kokonoe and wields a very powerful Ars Magus called Ars Arcanum that allows him to have manipulation of the four elements, fire, earth, wind and water. Nox is a very able fighter, having trained at the military academy.

Personality: Laid back, cheerful, friendly, not one to abandon a person in need, he has a strong heart and is very brave, loyal to his friends.
History: Nox has amnesia from his early life, his parents told him he was in an accident where he suffered serious head trauma, when he was of age Nox joined the NOL military academy. It was there he befriended Noel, Makoto, Tsubaki, Carl and Jin. He graduated and rose up the ranks to Major due to his high Aramagus synchronisation, however he defected from the NOL after the Ikaruga civil war, appalled by what the NOL had done. He faked his own death before joining Sector Seven where he met and befriended Lotte, Litchi, Tager and Kokonoe (to some extent). He continued to work there and was happily reunited with Makoto after the later became a member of Sector Seven. Now Nox has been dispatched by Kokonoe to go join Tager, Makoto and Noel and make sure they get to Ikaruga safetly.

Weapons And Abilities: Tazuka has two curved swords that are attached to his wrists, these allow him to use his hands freely while wielding the swords at the same time. He can summon and dismiss these at will. Being a vampire, he chooses to use sorcery over ars magus and his main affinity is with darkness and space distortion. He is able to travel through the corridor of darkness as a shadow seemingly flat against the ground.

Personality: A very cold and calcuting individual, a strong taste and enjoyment of human blood. Enjoys inflicting pain and misery. He still has a rather uptight manner about himself, something that usually hides his sinister mind.
History: As a young vampire, Tazuka fell in love and married Rachel Alucard, during the dark war, he, like many others, battled against the Black Beast but as an observer, there was not much he could do personally. Towards then end of the dark war, Clavis Alucard had a premonition of Tazuka turning insane and fearing his daughter's safety, he forbid her from seeing him and ordered her to leave him. Tazuka was heartbroken but his sadness eventualy turned into rage and madness. Tazuka started to torment the human race for the next few years as a way to escape his own despair, he even became an enemy of the six heroes, who he had previously befriended during the war. Eventually, he decided to take Rachel back, he went to the Alucard Mansion, defeated Valkenhayn and murdered Clavis Alucard right in front of Rachel. Rachel refused to return to Tazuka so he turned his blade on her but Bloodedge and Valkenhayn stepped in to stop him. Injured, Tazuka retreated but was pursued by the six heroes, Bloodedge and Rachel. Together they took Tazuka down and Rachel herself sealed him into the boundury.
Tazuka spent many years in the boundury but when the Imperator was there to destroy the master unit, she freed Tazuka under the deal that he would assist the NOL while he would be allowed to deal with Rachel himself.

Name: Han Xing-Long

Age: Around Bang's age (35s I think)

Race: Human (Though there's more than that)

Weapons and Abilities: He's using an Ars Magus called Seiryuu (Blue Dragon), which take form in a crescent halberd similar to the one famously used by Guan Yu from the Three Kingdoms' era. This Ars Magus has the ability to call forth spirits of ancient beings called 'Dragon', which can be used for offensive spirits. It increases the velocity and fierceness of his attacks. In his doctor coat is an enhanced backpack hidden within, which allows him to summon different Dragon Spirits onto his halberd to alternate his style.

Appearance: A man with rugged but pale face and unkempt near-back length hair. His hair has turned gray at his age, due to stress. So if you want a comparison on how he looked like... think of Toki from Hokuto no Ken/Fist of the North Star, only with more unkempt hair and less looking like Jesus Christ.

Bespectacled, his eyes gives out that he is a man of keen sense and perception, though at times during relaxing times it could look perverted. He's dressed on a doctor coat, and a Chinese garb which looked like a Jiang-shi garb with blue color scheme beneath it and looked a bit like a hunchback, but that's because he conceals the backpack.

Allegiance: Neutral. He's fully on Orient Town's side, though he dislikes NOL.

Personality: On the outside, he befits the description from Linhua: A quack doctor who gets in the nerves of many people. He jokes around, is a perverted man who leers on little girls and is a pretty laid back man. When on other times, however, he tends to show his true self of a serious man who values human life highly, but he has a hidden dark side that would make him prone to violence.

History: Han worked his way from the lowest ranks of the people of Kagutsuchi to enter NOL. He has a younger sister, and he later got married with an NOL officer, and got himself the Ars Magus Seiryuu. Eager to prove himself worthy of service of NOL, he volunteers when Relius Clover held an experiment to enhance the NOL soldiers with his wife. Han proves to be successful with the experiment, but his wife did not... and she died. Relius soon after considered the experiment failure and plans to eliminate all people who were involved in the experiment, but Han managed to escape with his sister and planted false information that he committed suicide.

Afterwards, he renounced all his ties with NOL and to honor his wife who was in the medical squad of NOL, he opened up a clinic in Orient Town (this is before the Ikaruga War). However, he has a bad habit to be a bit of a pervert, laid back man, as a way to cope for the loss of his dead wife, but he values human life very much, unlike NOL... whom he considers to have no values of human life. If he wanted, he'd like to take down NOL on his own, but he has no such manpower. In the night, however, the experiments sometimes leave him in great pain and has voices to urge him to go into violence. It's the side effect of the usage of Seiryuu, making him as violent as a dragon. In short, this is very similar to the actual Boundary corruption, NOL tried to experiment with it their own way, and it was considered imperfect and failure. Sometimes, this violent behavior occur when treating a patient, making his sister had to apologize to many people for the violent behavior and helped temper Han's relationship with the people, but in short aside of him being considered a creepy, quack doctor, he's not very trusted despite his good intentions.

Some time after Han returned to Orient Town, Litchi Faye-Ling entered Orient Town and struck an alliance with him. Unlike most of the townspeople who feared Han, Litchi didn't care of who he is and often asked him for help in case she's gone to investigate for Arakune. Han was very grateful and took heart of Litchi's words: "Never judge a book by its cover" and started to get his confidence back as a doctor, his violence from Seiryuu became less frequent. Even if Litchi was the main attention as Orient Town's doctor, Han didn't mind and continued to help her the best he could, now considering Orient Town his home. Though he never knew about her problem with Arakune, nor did Litchi know what NOL has done to him or his violence outburst from Seiryuu.

Until one day. Suddenly Litchi vanished from Orient Town and never returned. As a result, Han had the full brunt of taking care of what was supposed to be her patients. While Han was glad that his skills would be put in use and he's slowly gaining the people's respect again, he noticed that the people of Orient Town deeply missed Litchi and was sad with her gone. Even though he assured that she'll be fine... it wasn't until one fateful night that Han's sister fell deathly ill, being exposed with too much seithr. Not even Linhua, who started to trust him after Litchi's absence, could help him save his sister and thus she died. Deep down, Han started to feel some resentment towards Litchi for leaving in the worst time possible that his sister died when according to Linhua, if Litchi was there, she'd be saved. As such, even the lack of her threw Orient Town into chaos, and Han was helpless to quell it, increasing his stress.

When drinking in a bar to relinquish his pain, Han got caught into a bar brawl with some visiting NOL soldiers as he realized that his violent behaviors from Seiryuu were rising up again. Just then, he also learned from one of the NOL soldiers that they were seeing Litchi amongst their ranks and she was last seen heading to Ikaruga. Flabbergasted with the revelation that Litchi was amongst the NOL that ruined his life greatly, Han bid his leave from Orient Town and planned to demand some answers from Litchi's actions, starting from the abandoning of Orient Town, the death of his sister, and finally, drag her back to Orient Town as the people needs her the most rather than him... as well as confronting the man who put him through hell: Relius Clover.

He's also conflicted when he recalled Litchi's words to him: "Never judge a book by its cover". Was Litchi's kindness to him was just the 'cover', and her inside was evil...? Such conflict created more tension within the Ars Magus Seiryuu that he carried, and each passing days he started hearing voices for him to go on a rampage. However, thus far, he could handle them... but if he would receive another emotional turbulence...

Hobbies: Eyeing on the features of young girls.

Likes: The happiness of Orient Town and people from there, his family.

Dislikes: NOL and lies.

Values: Happiness, Life.

-Ars Magus Seiryuu: Its side effect is to induce violent outburst when one's emotional state wasn't stable. But on the other hand, it grants the power of a dragon into the user, making it something like a human-sized beast in battle while keeping their emotions in check. Otherwise, it turns them into a dangerous berserker whose only cure is death. The backpack on his back is attached to one's body, and it stores several Dragon Spirits that could be used by Han to help in combat by entering his halberd and enhancing it. It also has a dangerous side-effect: The Black Dragon form. It amps the destructive power up to eleven greatly and once the form is over, it would mutate Han into a gigantic black dragon that knows nothing but destroy things in anger.

Name: Kazuya Kisaragi

Age: 22 (Around Ragna's age)

Race: Human

Weapons and Abilities: Ars Magus Ryuujin (Dragon God, named after the draconic deity that rules over water in Japan). A slightly watered down version of Nox Nyctores Yukianesa. It manipulates water, giving him the power to create waves and summon water, or even slows down the enemy with sticky water. It takes form of a nodachi, but it can shapechange into any forms of swords, either katana, broadsword or even a long-ass zweihander.

The Ryuujin has one side effect if the user ever loses control of it (of course Kazuya has enough discipline for that): If they ever lose control, the user will be turned into a point where water will sprout out like crazy, creating a great flood that will instantly drown the surrounding area, though Kazuya doesn't know this fact.

Apperance: He is short haired like Jin, but his hair is slightly more unkempt. It's dark-blue haired. His face has quite the scowl as well. Tall and slightly more muscular than Jin, but still retains the qualities of a pretty boy. He has faced a lot of hardships, which quite shows on his rather brooding face. He wears the crest & cape of Kisaragi family proudly and usually dressed in a light blue (in contrast of Jin's neutral blue) armor vest that resembles a samurai armor.

Allegience: NOL. More exactly, Kisaragi family.

Personality: Much like Jin, Kazuya is a cold hearted individual, but he's warmer than Jin at least. Even though he's distant, he's less prone to insultings as well as even more courteous and good with people. While ruthless, he develops some standards not to make him look too all out. However, he's still loyal to the NOL and the Kisaragi family and does not take traitors well. In other words, if he wasn't with NOL, he would be quite the pleasant, if stoic, friend. At this turns out, he appears more like ruthless and stern. Unlike Jin, however, when he's excited (which is rare), he gets quite hot blooded in a way different than Jin being psycho.

Are you done with the good qualities? Well here's the bad things. Kazuya, when it comes to decimating his enemies, can come off quite a psychopathic man. He thought of ways to put them down ASAP. Due to his upbringing when Jin was being considered part of the Kisaragi family, he develops some sort of philosophy of 'The weak gets nothing, the strong prospers'. These days, however, with how things goes, he started going into the territory of 'The strong lives, the weak dies'... He was at first at the 'weak' part when Jin was the selected heir, thus he became quite humble. But once he's back in charge, it would seem that ambition is getting the best of him, although there still lingers his humble self back then...

He also has a small quirk of a heavy drinker of a normal water. Nobody knew why he did that, but he has the ability to drink about 10 bottles a day and not even peeing. This is actually a side effect of Ryuujin, making him extra thirsty. But the truth is, it's because Ryuujin... is taking strength from the water inside him.

History: The true heir of Kisaragi family. Kazuya was raised with sense of honor and loyalty to the Kisaragi family, and he believed in fair play and strength that rules. He's a popular female attractor, but ignored them all, mostly. He's a stern man of duty, and quite the pride of Kisaragi.

That is, until Jin arrives and got adopted.

Afterwards, Kazuya was abandoned, most of the things go to Jin's favor. Jin was picked as the heir and inherited Yukianesa. By all means, Kazuya should've been bitterly jealous at him, just like his other siblings. But no. He just viewed him worthy and acts without jealousy, as he is a man who respects strength and even though he's adopted, Jin has proved himself with strength, so he just puts up a stoic, uncaring attitude, rather than flamingly bitter. He disliked his siblings for being so jealous that they dwindle, thinking that it brought shame to the family.

He was charged with the job regulating vigilante. While he was aware that there was something shady about the fall of the House, Kazuya was unaware of Relius' involvement in this, and believed Ragna is dangerous. Kazuya also knew the corruption going within NOL, but his family loyalty remains firm and he stuck with it.

Then Jin left his post, became a traitor.

At that point, all the respect that Kazuya had to Jin drowns. He viewed him worthless and swears to destroy him for smearing the trust that the Kisaragi gave to him. He's groomed back as the new heir of Kisaragi, and would one day spring to punish the traitor. No matter how superior Jin's skills and weapons are, Kazuya will not give up. Traitors must be punished.

Relationship:
-Jin: He still viewed her as a little brother... a fallen little brother, that is. One that has to be punished due to smearing his family's name. He still respects on his strength, but no longer on his person.
-Tsubaki: As much as Jin is the one closest to him, sometimes she did converse with Kazuya. At first, Kazuya did harbor some feelings with Tsubaki and she is one of the people that could break him from his stoic attitude, but he backed down, knowing that Tsubaki likes Jin better. However, Jin's betrayal also angered Kazuya that he interprets it as disregarding Tsubaki's feelings.

Hobbies: Um... swimming?

Likes: Fighting someone stronger than he is, a woman of pure heart.

Dislikes: Betrayal, Petty Jealousy (this is why he has no high opinion on his siblings).

Values: Strength, Honor, Loyalty.
