A Question or Two about the Ending (SPOILER WARNING)

Ok, there's one or two questions I still have about BBCSEX (....That's still really funny how that turned out to say that), ok honestly I DID have a second question, but now I totally forgot it. I'll edit this when I remember it (I'll most likely play the True Ending to remember it).

First and Main Question, ok...those of you who POSSIBLY know, can you answer one thing? I'm not mistaken Ragna's RIGHT ARM is the one with the Azure Grimoire/Powers of the Black Beast (I'm actually not sure on that one either, but if i'm also not mistaken isn't that what his arm is? Just a portion of the Black Beasts powers in his right arm?) So in the end Ragna loses his Left arm (I'm trying to make this less of a spoiler, so I wont exactly say how, but those of you who know, know how he lost it) in the process of losing his left arm, he had to sacrifice some part of his power.

Now originally I thought, "OH CRAP, THAT MEANS RAGNA'S PRETTY MUCH POWERLESS RIGHT"!? But then I thought about it and remembered, wait....firstly it was his left arm, and also his right eye was still red...so that means he still has his powers right?

Honestly, that's my question. Does Ragna still have his Azure Grimoire powers, if yes, then what powers did he lose?...(If you know).

PS: I probably should have just asked the question in the first place...sorry about making you read all of that...plus this....I just wanted to explain a bit on my confusion.

And to your question, i don't think that he lost any powers in the process. Just that arm.

Ah! now that i think about it, there are two options what could have happened when Ragna turned Noel to normal:

1.He lost Idea Engine in the process

2.He used Armagus and didn't lost any powers

1 is more likely though

He sacrificed the ideal engine and his left arm(his normal one) to save Noel.

He didn't lost anything, and might as well say he won something since Kokonoe build a new arm for him which is sure to be stronger than his normal arm.

I'm not 100% sure that Ragna lost the idea engine when he did that, we need some more solid clarification on that unless I'm missing something here, then feel free to correct me.

It would make sense if he did though because it gave him a direct link to the Azure which allowed him to overpower even Terumi. Terumi wouldn't be much of a threat if Ragna could just use the idea engine again and kick his ass when he needed to.

Yeah, you've got a point...it's either that, or while on the way to Ikaruga all Ragna and Tao did was *ahem* "Play" (fight), and if he DID lose the Idea Engine SOMETHINGS going to happen were Ragna gets more powerful from SOMETHING.
