i'm pretty sure you can put it up fine, as long as you don't put in your own music/scenes thats copyright by someone else. Even then, it's still often ok, as long as it's not by someone really lame like wmg, they just automatically put up a link to buy music and says match copyright material(not always).

I've dont think i've seen media banned because of gaming infringement, and i dont think most gaming companies mind if you do. if anything it's free advertisement. Then again you can say the same for music, but some companies are often anal for stupid reasons.

i know some initial d game vids muted because of avex trax(official game tracks) being lame. but sometimes they are good, and sometimes they get anal(dumb avex).

if you want to see know something really dumb, i've seen fan subbed anime banned because it's music is copyright by a music company, when they forget the rest of the show being copy right.
it's can be pretty ridiculous sometimes.

I say just avoid using music from any big music companies and u'll be fine.
