Her in-game sprites always show her smiling and being silly.

Example:

But Luna and Sena's personalities are nothing like they show in-game. Luna is almost always angry and Sena is always calm and collected. So which part of them is always smiling and stuff? I'm curious lol.

It's Platinum, that hawt blonde maid girl from the one light novel, she was all hearty and nice to people so I suppose with a constant smile on Platinums face, it represents that Platinum maid, good manners.
