So, who do you know personally that plays Blazblue? friends, family? What characters do they play/like?

My 9 year old brother does, he pretty much likes playing as the same characters I do, for a nine year old, he's actually not bad and can do simple combos with Tager. He was excited for Hazama but couldn't get the hang of him. I used to play him alot but he's a very sore loser, even if I let him win, the second I win he starts whining and usually ends up walking off in a huff, he rarely plays against me now because he can't stand losing, he doesn't play Blazblue as much anymore now.

My 21 year old sister rarely plays it but she likes Rachel because she likes vampires, she has played it a few times though, not really that good, just button mashes. Once she raged about the skimpyness of Makoto's costume which was pretty funny.

My dad tried Calamity Trigger once, he played Tager, obviously he didn't know what he was doing so my brother beat him.

I have a young cousin who's played it a few times when she's visited. She likes Taokaka the most, she button mashes.

Now moving onto friends, there's a friend of mine I tried to get into Blazblue, he did get Calmity Trigger but he never put the time in to get good at it so he didn't really enjoy it. I have played CS with him a few times and he may buy it if the PSP version of CS2 convinces him that it's good. He seems to prefer mortal kombat though. He seems to enjoy playing as Ragna and Bang the most.

There's a girl I met at my college who plays it, there was this one day at college where I brought it in to play (the teachers have all the consoles there) and I played a bunch of people. One of them was this girl who owns the game, she liked playing as Noel and Taokaka, I added her on PSN after learning she owned the game. Her brother apparantly plays the game too but I've never met him.

There's also a group of guys in the year above me who are big guilty gear fans, seriously, whenever I see them they are ALWAYS playing Guilty Gear on their PSPs against each other. They've seen me playing Blazblue so we've started chatting about stuff every so often, they do seem to like Blazblue (one of them was talking to me about CS2 when it cam out on PSP) but they think Guilty Gear is better.

Well...

OniSuika, obviously. He's been my boyfriend for... coming up to three years now and we both got into BlazBlue a the same time. In CT he used Tager/Noel, now he uses Tager/Lambda mainly, and has teached me the basics of Tager a lot :D I think he's really good, but that's probably just cause I suck and he beats me all the time.

WhiteKeaton. Best friend, who I've known for like, five years now. She mainly uses Ragna, and I'd say she's the same skill level as me... maybe a little higher as she can actually do combos whereas I can't because I have the memory of a fish.

My little brother (12), he uses Mu, Noel and Tager. He's pretty good considering he doesn't own the game or play it, but I'd say that's down to a lot of luck and mashing xD

And Karl, my step-dad, likes to play as Carl, because they have the same name LOL but he's not very good...

My brother was the one that got me into BlazBlue, we went to a convention before and showed me the game there, at first I was like EWWWW GHAAAAAY due to me getting owned by Noel's drive spam. After that I played with my brother at home and he pretty much showed me how to play which was lots of fun after that.

My cousin also owns BBCT for his psp, and sometimes plays with his gf over her psp for the lulz.

As for my sister, I tried getting her into BB but she meant that the combo system is pretty difficult to her and that it's frustrating for her, she still plays from time to time and enjoys the story pretty much though, she likes Litchi and Jin inb4 ChrisX

On the older school I went on one year ago, one kid brought his Xbox with him sometimes on tuesdays and fridays (Because we had 2 classes about French history or some shit, but the one that picked a different history, had a free hour break during that class) We always used to play during that time.

Now on the new school there barely is anybody that plays BB or GG, they either play MvsC3 or Street Fighter, which isn't bad but the games get pretty boring after a while. (Oh and CoD OBVIOUUUUUUSLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY)

BB is pretty popular in my school.
Rise my friend and dormmate plays it with me.
She plays Litchi but isn't that good lol.
4 other people I know play it.
Mary, also my friend, (two dorms away LOL) plays a GOOD Litchi, she kills my Ragnya sooo easily!
Sarah plays an okie Noel.
Who else...Two Johns, one plays Ragnya, the other plays Jin/Valky.

Now in family... My dad and brother, my dad plays an okie Ghayger, my little brother plays Tsubaki but he sux, surprisingly he can play AH3 well lol

Those are pretty much all of the people I play BB with.
Most people from my school play it but I won't list them LOL
