Lol it is still a little confusing and i don't think i ever got that one in Ragas story. But what is more weir to me is there are only 6 save spots and in the guide i am using i would need like 8 for the saves and load and stuff. or can a save over the same one like for ragnas " waking from the nightmare" could i just save over that from the other spots i have to load that one up again. Phew this is confusing stuff.

CS is nothing like this right?

cs obviously isnt as confusing as this lol, i havent played ct i just jumped straight to cs at the time when i decided to play blazblue. as far as savespots go, i think it works like this you would go to one scene, and youd save at some point either before or after (i think generally it's after) from there on what ever decision or action you did it would affect the story line, now what's usually the best thing to do is complet one story path and then reload that same story path and from there continue doing certain things differently, however you'll have to eventually start from the begining of the story for the character you're playing as. sorry if this doesnt help its been quite a while since i checked out anything related to story mode,

this guys channel should have everything you need to complete story mode hopefully lol, sorry if this doesnt help you out at all

No its okay i think im getting it. Lol i was going to go with CS from the start too but i heard if you didn't play the story in CT you wouldn't understand CS. Should have came here first but didn't know there was a forum. Its okay i will probably get CS anyway. But i need to learn more with CT first. I wish CT had an in depth training mode that helped you with combos and stuff like that.

well CS does have a good training mode with tutorials and challenges, personally I myself i feel that i should've gotten ct instead so that way i would have had a better understanding of the characters, so i wouldnt say that what you did was wrong getting CT first as a good starting point, I still dont even understand the story myself, so i suppose thats another reason why i should've gotten CT at the time, but oh well. I suppose you could always just check out the forums for combos and help, character matchups, tiers, etc

Thanks. I have a question about CS, i know you didn't play CT but you must have seen and heard stuff on it. Would you say CS is a great improvement of CT.

bear in mind im a complete scrub at BlazBlue but i would say yeah it is a great improvement, i cant say from a technical standpoint becuase im not that good at it yet, however from a beginners perspective i would say that it's a huge improvement, mainly because of the tutorial and challenge modes, they do have a beginner mode (i havent used it and i wouldnt recommend it if you're trying to get better at the game) essentially it's dial-a-combo mode sorta. It does give you a good idea of what your character is capable of.I have heard that some characters in CT that werent good recieved some well needed buffs. thats the only technical thing that i can say lol.

okay thanks. And from what i have been talking about with CT story mode and stuff, CS is totally different right? Im asking these questions because i am interested in CS too but if the story mode is kind of confusing to get 100% like CT is then im not sure.

Yes, CS2 is better and more balanced than CT, in my opinion. (Thought it could still require some balancing here and there).

There are also more characters in the roster, including DLC characters, so the chance is bigger that there is one that best suits you.

The poster above me also indicated the presence of tutorial and challenge, which are very good ways to get to know the game and your character. (Not all challenges are actually practical in actual combat, but it makes you better at your character regardless).

Though... I could just say that because CS2 has Platinum, Makoto, and Mu, it's already better ^^". <3

Aya speaks truth! (love the avatar btw, very cute)
Though I'm not crazy about Plat yet though, I do hope/intend to get better with her eventually. Going back to Mu training atm though. lol

But anyway. The reason ya didn't see that training scene, OP, is because Dango was describing Ragna's CS story rather than CT. In CT, it'd be after the long text scene involving da burning church, then you save, and you'll... Well, I explained it, idk. lol
And yeah, having gotten CT first myself (a couple months before getting CS, though I was longing for CS since I beat CT), I'd say CS is certainly better, even putting aside the tutorials and challenge mode. And Lambda/Nu isn't... broken. lol (Nu is, but that's because she Unlimited. lawl)

Okay cool and Nova since you played CT, the story in CS and trying to 100% it isn't as crazy as CT right? Also thanks to all of you who put up with all my questions thanks.

im not gonna take the credit for mu and aya, considering they just explained in a more easier and less cluttered way than i did but, we're here to help, all of the forum members are. otherwise this place would have no meaning lol. even if you think your question might be simple dont be afraid to ask otherwise you'll never understand properly. keep practising venoxic (is it ok if i call you veno lol)

fixed
