I wanna know however, if this definition of fuzzy guard is correct:

Fuzzy guard:

A fuzzy guard is what happens when after you block high you still retain your standing hitbox even whilst crouch blocking.

Yeah, that's the whole point of it, if they were crouching the second overhead would whiff, so you get a double overhead mixup.
