I can fix polls, but the forum will look ugly [opinions!]

I don't think so. Even if possible it'd be very complicated, liable to break, and I don't think me, Chain or BBAdmin have the knowledge to code something like that. xD

Apparently there is a way to add a dropdown menu of sorts to the forum as a header or footage to each page via a forum mod.

Looking further into it now. Il test it on a private forum and let you know.

Yeah, as it stands now I think we should just keep the default as AcidTech and do what Nizama pointed out. It seems incredibly simple.

sure bit of work for the sake of voting but 1. i doubt many people would want to perma use the other themes and 2. are poll REALLY that important anyway, unless it was a critical forum thing, most people seem to have adjusted to actually posting their "vote"

I wouldn't want forums to change the way it looks, but if we really wanted to vote (polls aren't even that common) we could quickly switch and then switch back after.

I think you should try to see if admin could make a bb theme for that setting, then maybe we could change to it.

If he is paying for advanced forum hosting then he has access to the FTP and can instal mods to give the option to change styles via dropdown or could probably mod a theme. Im pretty sure even on the default forum settings you can modify the colors to fit what you want.
