I think Terumi just likes getting beaten up looool. I doubt Terumi is weaker than Relius, might be wrong though.

It's upside-down, his nose is in the corner with his mouth above it. It's just a little bit difficult to distinguish because of the blood/lack of clarity in the screenshot.
