Yeah his sprites were posted for download on dustloop.

I can't get em cause my college won't let me download em but apparently there is an unused attack in there.

And this is the animation he does when he does a neutral tech.

Almost every character does the same thing for their neutral tech though.

I always thought they just did a mini backflip back on their feet pretty much.

Relius's just looks awkward.

Then again it is probably unnoticeable in real time.
