He got slightly better in the Hakumen matchup, the character specific midscreen combo that goes up to 4k and is easily setup from anything is a huge buff to him.

Also, I'll edit this post at times once I've got Extend and got some match up experience.

Here's what little I've gathered on Relius' matchup.

From what I've seen, Relius likes to be in the air a lot. Be it IAD, AD, whatever, he likes to get around like that. I personally haven't played as him yet, but I'd assume there's something wrong with his dashing that Relius mains just want to air dash towards you. So when he's trying to go in, try to anti-air him with a 6A or ID. With Ragna's CS1 meter gain back, you probably have enough Heat to burn to stay in on him for days.

Hold on, my theory fighter isn't working right. /blows into cart

So after playing in Arcades this afternoon on a tournament, and utterly getting destroyed by Mu in the semi finals, I have a few things to note:

From what I have gathered, Mu seems to have alot more pressure tools now, she seems to have slightly more blockstun. Oki wise, she seems to get 4k damage out of Ameno Hotuska true oki and at the moment (at least for me) it is really hard to deal with. She also outranges Ragna by far with her 5C, and on CH it goes into 6C which then, also gets finished by 5D>6D>Ameno Hotuska.

This was always the case, but since her damage got buffed alot recently, and slightly her blockstun, she seems to have more options to work with when on the offensive side. Note that you also can not IB>ID or ID>RC on wakeup due to the laser that will bounce back at you, which means you can not follow up your ID. But you will be able to get out of it on hit or block (unless of course, you whiff it)

I repeat, you do NOT want to trade with Mu when she has her 236D(Ameno Hotuska) up. The proration seems to be obnoxious, and it will give Mu alot of damage and METER. She is already scary enough without meter, you don't want her to get free meter.

Defense wise, she still has her 6A as an AA. So you have to be careful on how you approach her. She also still has her DP which can fuck you up on certain occasions (if your 2B gets instant blocked, you can not cancel into anything or the DP will beat you) While it is a "semi-viable" DP, it clashes with alot of stuff like in CS2. However, we will not rely on that, so we will have to respect it. Watch out if she instant blocks your j.D(both if you do it on a jump in, or out of 6D) and your 2B, because she will be able to punish, set up her drive and then the chaos starts a new.

I repeat, you have to try and do as few mistakes as you can because Mu on the offensive is a no-no. You can go for ocassional risks but don't over do it. Safe pressure and fundamentals will be in YOUR favor because Mu's normals, outside of her 5C, are bad and get beaten by Ragna. Use that to your advantage. Also try to read Mu when you pressure her, and give her the right response. If you do it right, she will lose a ton of health and you will regain a little in the process.

If you are on the defensive side. 6B(2) on IB is a true punish with ID, she can only cancel in either a super or into Beam Sword, both of which get stuffed by ID.

Oh one last thing, watch out for 6A gimmicks, she can do 6A>IAD>j.2C>RC>combo. The startup is really bad though, so you can airgrab out of it if you read her properly.

I would still say, that this matchup is slightly in Mu's favor, but only slightly. In my opinion 55-45. She just doesn't seem to have enough to jump up into 6-4. But still a really frustrating opponent.

I'd actually say, thanks to Ragna's buffs, that match up is even, and just extremely momentum based.

As far as her AA game goes, it's no where near as strong as it was in CS1 and CS2 thanks to the loss of her 2C. Ragna's own j.C will probably clash (if not totally beat in certain situations) her 6A, thanks to the huge hitbox buff it received. Just treat it like any normal anti-air and you'll be fine.

Zoners will always be annoying for Ragna though, so this is by no means an easy match up.

For Relius, whatever you do, DON'T GET PUT IN THE CORNER BY HIM. He has an unblockable set-up that only gives you one frame for reversaling out of, beats all teching options, and upon successful hit, will reset you into the same combo, which builds enough meter for him to do this again.

It's really easy to beat him at neutral and keep him in pressure, though. Just don't be TOO defensive in this match-up, and if Ignis dies, get in on him and don't let him out.

Relius in my opinion is really bad when he is on the defensive. He is sort of like Valkenhayn.

If you can bait his evade move, he's is toast, and you can use a combo of your choice.

The only thing that may or may not be dangerous is his j.A. But he doesn't seem to be able to confirm it into anything big.
