It's because you saved it/uploaded it as JPG... it was the only banner not saved as png...

Meh, I made it and just dislike seeing it sitting there with the quality dropped is all.

It's sorted out now anyway, Takoto should edit it in a minute.

Quality matters. Having a pixelated jpg as a banner would reflect badly on the sites image.
