Bloody Fang has no invincibillity and it beat GETB, wtf?

Here's my theory:

He input Bloody Fang before GETB, and BF's active frames occured immediately after GETB's flash, and for whatever reason, the CPU chose BF over GETB.

When you activate GETB, you get a few invincible frames, then your active frames right after. I guess BF's active frames started at the same time as GETB's active frames, and since they're both grabs and they can't clash, it was just a crap shoot for the CPU.
