Raimugen, like I said is super duper powerful, but honestly would rather not fight and just cause drama. And he may be up there in power, but there certainly will be people he is unable to beat or get into a fair fight with. but yea.

Thing is: different people have different views of what is considered op, especially if there is no set universe to trace from or standard to base around. We've gotta be precise about this or else someone will wiggle between the lines and 'cause a whole lotta unfun shit to occur.

all we got so far is that we are in modernish day, around 2015, and Shally is trying to turn the world back to a simpler time due to how humanity is self-destructing in her opinion.

my character begins as a very little combat but will grow over time, pretty much he is weak at the start but gets stronger at a med.-fast paste
