Because it isn't the name he goes by.

Arc Systems labeled him as "Hazama" or "Terumi" meaning either of these are correct calling him "Yuuki" is wrong. If you want to keep calling him that, fine but you're wrong in doing so.

Do you see people calling Nine "Konoe"?

His name is Terumi Yuuki

As in Yuuki being is last name so I can call him that if I want

His original name is Yūki Terumi but as a video game character, it's whatever name he goes by that is correct and matters, Hazama is the name used for his health bar / character select screen and Terumi is how many of the people refer to him.
