1. The hair belongs to the susano'o suit. (terumi had the same hair when he was in it.
2. Jins body is not in the suit. Just his ghost. So no aging.
3. I was doing my best not to post spoilers for someone who obviously hadnt finished the game yet GUYS!

Err... General knowledge from zero shift i think. In one of the characters prefight intros they refer to hazama as the "black susano'o" Hazama actually was in hakumens suit before jin and went by that name. Also in story mode hakumen tells hazama how the suit stills reaks of his stench. And somewhere i saw a pick of the black susano'o. The jins ghost thing is fairly common knowledge.
