So, I posted these over in the story discussion but Takoto suggested making a thread for them too, so here you go. A write up of EX1, EX2 and the new arcades except for Mu-12's (I haven't done it yet).

We'll start with EX2:

That Which Is Inherited

We begin with a meeting between several Sector Seven executives which Kokonoe is present at, she’s pretty bored and fed up so she starts sucking on a lollipop. The unnamed executives start talking, one asks how the Ibukido experiments are going, one replies that it’s going well but Tenjou is apparently a nuisance to them in some way. An argument breaks out, one guy says he wants to see a return on his investments or something and that makes somebody else mad. Another tries to calm down the situation and Kokonoe just fidgets in her chair and wonders if anyone would realize if she snuck out. The executives call Tenjou weak and say they need to strengthen their forces to stand a chance against the NOL, another says there’s some strange activity in Naobi and they argue some more about what they should do regarding their forces. One says it might be a good idea to move their forces to Naobi but Tenjou will not cooperate with Sector Seven, Kokonoe comments on how pointless this discussion is and leaves.
Scene change and Kokonoe is talking about what a waste of time the meeting was. She is approached by Roy, her assistant, he asks if she’s done and she says nothing would be gained from these meetings. Roy says they have a guest and leads her to Relius Clover, introductions follow and the narrative comments how he is known as the “Mad Puppeteer” and his skill in alchemy is second to none. Kokonoe asks what he wants and Relius says he wants to perform an experiment and needs her assistance. Kokonoe says she doesn’t have free time to waste on his experiments and turns to leave but Relius tells her he’ll give her a prime field device if she helps. Relius has said the right thing and it gets Kokonoe’s attention, she asks what sort of experiment he’s up to. Relius says he wants to build a Nox Nyctores and Kokonoe replies “I Don’t think so!” Relius turns to leave, only for Roy to call out to him to wait. Kokonoe tells Roy not to call Relius a professor and that he’s just insane, Roy says it’s a miracle they have a chance like this and she should offer her help. Kokonoe asks Roy if she knows how Noxes are made and Roy doesn’t know and Relius returns and asks Kokonoe if she knows. She doesn’t reply but Relius seems to know she does and says “I guess she really is “its” daughter”

Kokonoe gets rid of Roy by sending him to get coffee, Relius tells her that she has a nice apprentice, not the smartest but he can take a hint. Kokonoe asks him what he knows but Relius insists he doesn’t know anything and just has an idea and she then asks why he wants to build a Nox. Relius says he just wants to experience it first hand and that’s the nature of a scientist, he comments how he missed his last opportunity and there’s something else he must know. They discuss how the catalyst for the Noxes are human souls, Relius asks her if she really believes that’s the case and that it was created within the boundary and that Kokonoe doesn’t seem to understand Nine’s spell “Snap Weapon”. Kokonoe wants an explanation but Relius says to lend her power and all will become clear soon enough, Relius asks if they have a deal and Roy returns with coffee for both of them. Relius says he can have it and leaves, Kokonoe doesn’t want her coffee either and tells him to make preparations after he’s done with the coffee. She says they’re going to smelt a Nox Nyctores.

Scene change and Kokonoe is standing before the ruins of the church where the black beast was killed. Kokonoe says the church was protected by Caelica’s spell and she had a hard time getting in there and wonders how somebody (doesn’t say who) got in there but says it’s impossible because “he can’t move yet”. She seems annoyed and she has a flashback of Relius mentioning “Snap Weapon”. She talks to herself, asking Caelica if she’s doing the right thing (she’s apparently at Caelica’s grave) and wonders what Nine would think if she could see her now since she is about to challenge her. She says she can’t turn back because she cannot forgive Terumi, she gets a call from an emergency channel and she mentions “Naobi” and “Nirvana” in response to the call (you don’t hear who she’s talking to). Kokonoe leaves, tell Caelica to rest in peace and that she’ll be back.
Scene change again, Kokonoe is talking with Roy; Roy tells her that Nirvana was being transported to the NOL headquarters but a sector seven assault team attack them to get her. They managed to take Nirvana for themselves but the team was almost completely wiped up except for one guy who is in a critical condition (Tager). She asks where Nirvana is and Roy tells her she’s in one of the labs and Kokonoe leaves to go to the lab.
When she arrives, Relius is already there and she asks him what he’s doing there. Relius tells her he was hired to analyze Nirvana, Kokonoe questions him but Roy tells her the order came from the higher ups and Kokonoe wonder why they trust Relius so much. She wonders how this “unlikable guy” became loved by the board; Relius presents Nirvana and tells her it is missing the important bits, the insides. Relius tells Kokonoe to move Nirvana to his lab and Kokonoe and Roy wonder what he’s planning, he says he wants to try something out. She doesn’t really want to leave Nirvana with him but she feels that Nirvana is important, even to Relius so she tells him to do as he pleases. Relius says he shall and leaves, scene change to Kokonoe’s lab and Roy asks if that was the right thing to do. Kokonoe says not to worry and tells him to pour her some coffee, she tells him his coffee is pretty good but Roy mutters that she might know if she actually drank it. Kokonoe wants as much sugar as he can possibly get into the cup because she needs to use her brain. Alone, Kokonoe comments on how Sector Seven was able to steal Nirvana from the NOL and gets suspicious on how so much is happening so fast. A man is suddenly heard groaning and Kokonoe goes to help him, the man in question is Tager, who is on the verge of death from the earlier Nirvana retrieval. She says he’s compatible with something and says she hopes he’s ready to become a demon; Tager doesn’t speak and just spends the scene moaning a groaning.

Scene change to the cauldron, Relius, Roy and Kokonoe are all watching coffins that are surrounding the cauldron. Kokonoe asks if it is inside the coffin and Relius says yes, Roy is nervous and Kokonoe asks about Nirvana. Relius says it’s progressing as planned and Kokonoe should have seen it in his report, Kokonoe snaps at him and demands to know what he was doing when he went missing for a month. Relius says that doesn’t need an answer and present Ignis, Relius says it’s a copy of Nirvana and says its better then the original. Kokonoe actually sounds impressed with Ignis and Roy asks if Ignis is a Nox Nyctores and apparently that was a stupid thing to ask and Relius asks why Kokonoe brought Roy along. Kokonoe tells him that Roy is her backup and that if anything happens; he will run, along with all of the information. Kokonoe asks Relius about his analysis of the Nox Nyctores and Relius tells her that by smelting an artificial identity in the boundary the Nox observes itself and can rectify its existence. The stronger this observation is, the stronger it is as a weapon and whether it takes the observation multiple or individual ways determines its viability as a weapon. Kokonoe says under normal logic, observing its soul in multiple ways would make it more effective as a weapon and Relius says that you compress the seither into its maximum threshold during the smelting process and form a unit (the Nox), then you program a soul into the Nox. Kokonoe mentions how one of her students (Litchi) had an interesting report on the subject and that it is similar to producing a Artificial Causality Weapon. Relius admits that’s pretty impressive and says he thought Kokonoe enjoyed being surrounded by imbeciles while glancing at Roy. Roy tries to defend himself and Kokonoe doesn’t help matters by acting like his only saving grace is his coffee tastes good (poor Roy). Roy tries to defend his honour but Relius silences him by holding up his hand right to his face to silence him (TALK TO DA HAND). Relius says it’s time….
Roy asks if they are making the artificial identity and Kokonoe says yes. He asks if it works and Kokonoe isn’t sure since they’re dealing with the boundary. Relius says it’s working as intended so far at least but just as he says that, alarm systems go off. Kokonoe is confused and Roy informs them that the NOL is attacking Sector Seven, Kokonoe wonders if they’re here to interrupt the smelting or just collect Nirvana and Relius says it’s most likely both. Kokonoe asks Relius what they should do and Relius says they must proceed or else everything would be for naught. Kokonoe says this is the part where they make a stand, Roy says there’s no way he’s fighting the NOL and Kokonoe says she’s not sending him. She says she will dispatch the real devil and calls Tager, she tells Tager to keep the NOL away from the cauldron. Roy asks who that was and Kokonoe says it’s her new apprentice the “Red Devil”. A nearby explosion indicates the NOL is closing in and Kokonoe feels it will only be a matter of time before the NOL reaches them. She asks Relius how much longer he needs and he doesn’t give a straight answer, he ignores her and suddenly, Ignis and Nirvana get up and Relius says it was a success and says “awaken!”
Something emerges from the cauldron, a black sphere of sorts. Kokonoe is completely shocked by this, Relius says that it’s the same as back then, he is completely ignoring Kokonoe and the narrative describes his expression as “ecstasy”.
Scene switch to Tager, who has just fallen from the roof, he seems to have taken a beaten in the battle with the NOL. Back to Kokonoe who’s calling Tager and asking for a situation update, Tager says there’s too many of them and that he can’t move his right arm. Tager barks orders at the soldier and tells Kokonoe he needs to retreat to the last level, Kokonoe jokes that she should have put cannons on him but Tager tells her he’s grateful she saved his life but she can’t turn him into her personal play thing. She just says she’s kidding when suddenly people start screaming, Kokonoe is horrified to witness some sort of tentacle emerge from the cauldron and grab one of the NOL soldiers and consumes him. Roy, Kokonoe and Tager are all surprised and Kokonoe demands an explanation from Relius. Relius says that it’s absorbing souls and calls it a “soul eater”, Kokonoe catches on and knows Relius knew this would happen all along. Relius comments that this is the core of a Nox Nyctores, Kokonoe demands an answer, Tager is horrified to know that this is what they were trying to make all along. Kokonoe asks Tager what’s happening as the Black Beast continues to attack and consume soldiers, Kokonoe says it’s like the Black Beast but Relius corrects her and tells her that it IS the Black Beast. Relius tells her the core of the Noxes is a Black Beast; he says Nine made a Black Beast to defeat another. Kokonoe is shocked to hear this and she says it’s impossible, she says her mother fought to save humanity and she would never do such a thing. Relius talks to himself, saying that Shuichiro (Nine’s dad) was right afterall and he has much to learn, Kokonoe asks what the hell he’s talking about. Relius says he wanted to see what it was like since he missed his only other chance, Tager calls out to Kokonoe and she looks up, right in the eyes of the Black Beast. She cries out as it is about to attack her and Relius but Nirvana and Ignis suddenly defend them, Kokonoe asks how they are able to move (they don’t have their souls yet apparently). Relius said he put in a temporary powertrain but it won’t last long. Roy tells Kokonoe that it’s their chance and they should get out of here, Kokonoe tells him to get out of here, reminding him of why she had him there in the first place. Kokonoe asks Relius what he’s trying to do, Relius tells her that Kokonoe promised to help him and she should keep to it, he tells her that with her pure magic, they can seal the Black Beast. He tells her to use her magic but she seems hesitant, you hear more screaming as more soldiers are killed by the Black Beast. Relius tells her to hurry or everyone, even the worthless souls, will be consumed, Kokonoe asks if Nine really did make a Black Beast and Relius confirms it, telling her to use her magic again. Tager suddenly flips his shit and screams a similar sentence that he did when Hazama attacked him in CS (“You bastards! There are some things no human being has a right to do! You have to stop this! This is no longer war! How can you just use human lives like this?!”) and suddenly Tager screams out in pain. Kokonoe cries out for Tager and its enough to prompt her to use magic and she starts to cast her spell:

“I Command you….in the name of Kokonoe!
Unleashing restriction zero…engaging link with the boundary…
You who protects the gate….unbind the nine locks that seals what lies beneath…I hereby seak…the power of the great magister Nine”
INFINITE GRAVITY!”

After that, Relius comments on how fascinating and brilliant magic is. Kokonoe has summoned magic circles that surround the cauldron. The casket that contains the prime field burst open, revealing Nu-13, who has just been created by the recent events. Kokonoe seals away the Black Beast, her spell compressing it and forcing it back into the boundary, she is weakened by this however. Relius says she is definitely Nine’s daughter, Relius comments on how he could possibly recreate the Black Beast if he used prime fields 11 and 12. Relius tells Ignis to retrieve the soul left behind in the Beast’s wake, as Ignis reaches out for it, Kokonoe takes control of Nirvana with magic. Relius says it’s pointless, it won’t move but Kokonoe makes it move anyway, Nirvana stabs Relius while Ignis is unable to defend him reaching for the soul. Relius cries out in pain and can’t believe that Nirvana managed to move, he wonders if it was some sort of intervention and Kokonoe says “Don’t…underestimate me….human!” and the scene ends.
Kokonoe is approached by Roy in a new location, he asks her how she is feeling and says she couldn’t be worse. Roy tells her that Relius, Nirvana and Ignis are nowhere to be found, he also tells her that Nu-13 is gone too, supposedly taken by the NOL. Furthermore, Roy tells her that Lambda and Noel (called prime fields 11 an 12) were found in Relius’ lab and that they are being taken to Ibukido. Kokonoe asks about Tager and Roy says he’s recovering but there’s not threat to his life and that he has seemed to have forgotten most of what happened in the lab. Kokonoe that says it’s for the best and says she wants to be by herself, Roy leaves her and she thanks him for not dying on her. Kokonoe questions why Nine created the Nox Nyctores and Ars Magus and she utters “why mother?” before the scene ends.

A narrative tells us that a few months later, Ibukido was destroyed, you hear Kokonoe talking to Tager and she’s sent him to Ikaruga, Kokonoe tells him to be careful as the scene ends.

EX1:

Heart To Heart

Noel is standing outside, she appear to be practicing a poem about cats or something. The poem is blown out of her hand by the wind and she runs after it, Jin catches it and they essentially act out Jin’s arcade ending from CT. Jin mentions how he already knew about Noel because she got the highest score on the aptitude test then gives the poem back, Jin is actually nice to Noel here and during the conversation he suddenly has an image of Noel in her NOL uniform pop up in his head which prompts him to leave. Alone Noel comments about how Jin looked irritated and wonders if she did something wrong, suddenly, Noel has a vision of Ragna and Nu plummeting into the cauldron and suddenly starts to feel sick.

She is now in a corridor in the academy, still feeling unwell. She hears a voice say “you are not me” but the voice is distorted so I couldn’t make out who said it. It appears Noel fainted because a “thud” is heard; she is now in a dormitory with Tsubaki. This is the first time Noel and Tsubaki have met, Noel apologizes for no reason as usual and Tsubaki says she should be thanking her rather then apologizing. Noel apologizes AGAIN and finally thanks her. Introductions follow and they establish they are roommates. More stuff is discussed like the Yayoi family and Noel once again apologizes for no reason and Tsubaki tells her not to concern herself about families or backgrounds. NOEL APOLOGIZES AGAIN and Tsubaki tells her she doesn’t have to apologize *awkward silence*.

Makoto enters, rudely saying “do you mind not blocking the entrance?” and guess what? Another apology from Noel and Tsubaki asks Makoto if she’s their other roommate. Tsubaki introduces herself but Makoto is pretty rude to her and introduces herself as “Nanaya” then tells Noel to “get out of the way”. 100th apology from Noel. Makoto tries to leave but Tsubaki says there’s an orientation for the new students but Makoto just brushes her off and leaves. Tsubaki and Noel leave for their class.

A few days later

Makoto bumps into a classmate who sarcastically says she did not see Makoto there. Another classmate pretends to act concerned and a third says “I didn’t expect your blood to be red” (she seemed to have scraped her knee when she bumped into the first classmate). They jeer at her, Makoto doesn’t speak but you hear what she’s thinking. She trolls the first classmate’s eyesight and asks if she needs money for glasses for bumping into her and the classmate freaks the fuck out over the thought of accepting charity from beast kins. Makoto replies that it’s her face that needs charity and the classmate says “WHAT WAS THAT?!” and another tells her to take it back. The girl goes to slap Makoto, Makoto decides she can’t be bothered to dodge (something about her not wanting to attract attention) and decides to take the blow. Only Noel being the klutz she is walks in the way so Makoto dodges the slap and causes the classmate to fall on her ass and her cheek gets cut. Makoto trolls the classmate and gets called a bitch, Tsubaki enters and the classmates lie, saying Makoto pushed the girl. Makoto doesn’t deny it and Tsubaki gets annoyed and Makoto asks who put her in power. Tsubaki tries to tell her violence isn’t the answer and Makoto jumps to the conclusion that Tsubaki is being racist. The classmates want an apology and Noel then speaks up since she saw the whole thing. The classmates try to intimidate Noel but it doesn’t work and she tells the truth. Classmates try to turn on Noel due to her family name not being well known and Noel backs down. Tsubaki suddenly shouts “SILENCE!” and Noel FUCKING APOLOGIZES AGAIN. Tsubaki owns the crap out of the classmates with a speech about stuff. They try to turn on her and say she thinks she can talk to them like that because she’s a Duodecim but Tsubaki continues to own them with her speech. While this is happening Makoto is speechless at Tsubaki defending her. She succeeds in making the classmates feel bad for what they did. Makoto leaves, you hear her saying that she needs to “disappear” so there will be no more problems.

Scene change to Jin and Tsubaki, they talk about Makoto and her punishment. Jin says she got punished because the person she picked a fight with was a daughter of a noble and got suspended for three days. Tsubaki tries to defend her and Jin asks her if she actually saw what happened. Tsubaki tells Jin how she doesn’t look like someone who would hurt somebody but Jin comments on how her physical tests were off the chart and she wouldn’t have a problem taking on 2-3 people. Tsubaki continues to defend her but Jin says he wasn’t saying she was violent but he’s relieved that she’s good. He asks if they’re friends but Tsubaki says they’re just roommates/classmates. Jin then asks if she wants to become friends and Tsubaki says yes, Jin says she should just talk to her. Jin tells her people don’t get the real message unless you say it out loud, he convinces her to talk to Makoto. Tsubaki thanks Jin and leaves. However after she’s gone, Jin says to himself “Tsubaki, in the end it’s impossible to understand anyone other then yourself and everything you see…is all lies”

Tsubaki is outside, calling for Makoto, so is Noel. Tsubaki asks Noel if she wants to rest and Noel says not to worry. Noel says that somebody said that Makoto ran into the forest, it appears Makoto has gone missing and they’re desperate to find her. Suddenly, Tsubaki asks Noel why she keeps treating Tsubaki like nobility. Noel apolofuckingizes again and Tsubaki comments on how much she keeps apologizing. She goes into a speech about how she keeps apologizing for no reason so NOEL APOLOGIZES AGAIN (even Tsubaki says “Again!”). Tsubaki decides to carry on looking for Makoto, Noel almost says she’s sorry but stops midway. Tsubaki now apologizes because of how Noel cupped her hands to her mouth to stop herself from saying sorry. Tsubaki comments on how she looked like a rabbit she knew. Noel blushes because Tsubaki called her eyes adorable and tries to deny it. As Noel tries to deny it Tsubaki comments on that’s how a friend should talk and Noel thinks Tsubaki is picking on her and Noel runs away. As she runs the ground beneath her gives way (they are on a cliff) and Makoto is heard shouting “WATCH OUT!” before Noel falls. Tsubaki tries to grab her but she falls too, they have fallen on top of Makoto. Makoto finally talks like the Makoto we know and comments about how heavy they are. Makoto basically took the fall for them and cushioned their landing with her tail. Noel sneezes, the air is really cold apparently and they have fallen to the lower levels of the city which is abandoned. Thankfully the seither isn’t too thick to be a threat but the temperature is going to drop big time. In a pretty adorable act, Makoto offers for Noel to use her tail to keep warm and Noel apologizes yet again. Tsubaki wants to go find help but Makoto says she shouldn’t go with a sprained ankle. Tsubaki goes into a speech about how Makoto tries to endure all the pain like what happened with the classmates. Makoto tries to deny it but in avertedly admits it by saying she just wants to stay out of trouble, more stuff about how Tsubaki is interested in Makoto and Makoto thinks it’s because she’s a squirrel. Tsubaki and Noel are for some reason, surprised to learn she’s a squirrel beast kin, Tsubaki says she’s never seen a real squirrel. Makoto says she is completely different from them and Noel asks what is different. Makoto can’t answer properly and suddenly bursts out crying that she isn’t different, she doesn’t want to be different. Tsubaki tells Noel to apologize for making her cry but Makoto doesn’t want an apology. Makoto admits she hated the way she’s been acting around other people. Noel admits she cries at night when she’s sad and Tsubaki and Makoto both say they already knew that. NOEL APOLOGIZES AFUCKINGAIN but Tsubaki admits it was an appropriate time (she was apologizing for disturbing them at night with her crying). The girls all laugh together and Jin is suddenly heard, calling down to them, Makoto marvels at Jin’s silhouette and says he looks awesome. Jin says he'll go to get help before the scene ends.

We’re in a classroom with the three girls and Jin. He’s apparently not very pleased. Tsubaki apologizes and Jin says they will all receive the same punishment and that they are now responsible for the cafeteria duties. The girls agree with the punishment.

Back to a corridor with the three girls, Tsubaki thanks Jin to herself (Jin isn’t there) and then asks Noel about her cooking skills, Noel says she’s sort of confident. Makoto finally introduces herself as Makoto and the girls are now all friends.

A final image is shown of them cooking together, Noel is cooking something horrific in the background while Makoto and Tsubaki and cooking together happily.

I guess Ada's body was put into Nirvana when Carl was at the Academy, judging by the fact Caelica/Sister is already dead before they do it.

How would this be possible? I thought Carl witnessed Ada being turned into Nirvana when he arrived home, rather than her being transformed while he was at the Academy, no?

His behavior seen to hint that way, but there´s no exact information

WAIT!!! Nu was created by the Recent events inside the cauldron?? that means that the creation of Prime field devices is more complex than what i thought

The Murakumo Unit is a Nox Nyctores, so the process is the same, so in order to create one, you actually need to recreate the black beast in a cauldron because the core of every Nox is the Black Beast.

When Relius says you need to compress Seither, you're turning it into a solid and what does Litchi say the Black Beast is according to Lotte's research in her story? Seither compressed into a solid!

Then you give the Nox a soul, like Relius tried to do with Ignis but failed thanks to Kokonoe.

I Thought that LUX SANCTUS: MURAKUMO Was the nox
and the MURAKUMO UNIT was an special Kind of PRIME FIELD DEVICE that is made to match with the Nox.
