figured i should try spicing Bang page up a little since no one visits this hellhole for years....anyway, this Thread is to discuss how strong Bang really is on BB story. Mori said he is weaker then Carl and Tao, both who are not that strong anyway. on the other hand he appeared to last longer then both against Hazama on his CS ending. plus on Tager joke ending he easily defeats Tager after activating FRKZ.


while some of you might say that since it was a joke ending its not really canon one must consider how the stable time loop on BB works: everything is canon, but everything that happened outside of the true endings for Each Character did not Lasted because Time resets itself until the "true" path is taken by Each Character. this is proven in Bang bad CS ending where he kills jin but time is reset after that because "he cant go killing one of the heroes like that".


Plus, he has without a doubt the highest endurance of the entire cast. while this might come from his Joke Character status it still counts for plot related Reasons. Bang survived a encounter with Hakumen followed by getting tossed Far away because of a explosion(CT), plus his encounter with Hazama(CS) and being forced to Carry Carl, Nirvana(i think?) and Tao on his backs when running Away WHILE WOUNDED from his battle.



now, this is a bit less important, but Bang also show himself easily capable of Beating NOL ground soldiers(disarming and koing them...but he could have killed them if he wanted) on Ikaruga war. he also Survived getting frozen by Jin, which that means he broke through the ice by sheer strength alone(and was left with his signature Scar because of the attack).



he also Defeated Arakune, but lol who cant do that? with all of this in mind i want you all to discuss about strong Bang actually is on the story, and if what Mori Said about Bang being so weak is true or he just downplaying Bang real power to make him look a complete joke. if anything i said is wrong then please correct me, i never actually played CT and only watched the story on youtube and whatnot.

Mori was probably referring to his current strength. Noone would give away the surprise of a surprise character.

He may not be "Sol" strong, but his steadfast endurance and Phoenix's power are sure to play a part in the next game.

He's probably like the characters that are never serious but are actually really strong when they want to. Like in the Ikarugan war, he was able to defeat multiple soldiers in the blink of an eye and he was also able to defeat Jin in one of his endings. Plus he has FRKZ and stuff but Bang pretty much never tries

i think he doesnt use FRKZ a lot because its a "forbidden" move. maybe it has negative side-effects after use or simply requires a lot of energy to keep it active(not that Bang is lacking Stamina by any means). we saw how strong FRKZ is by allowing him to easily defeat Tager on his CT joke ending(and then shit got weird with golden Tager....).



Bang is both Stronger and Smarter then the rest of the BB cast gives him credit for. its just that he is far too loud and ignorant and thus people get the idea he is just an annoying old man passing by.

yeah, Bang gets interrupted a lot. either the other person gets far too annoyed by his voice and walks away, let him win or just outright ignore him. its kinda sad to tell the true.

still strong enough to beat tager with FRKZ, and Arakune without it. still strong enough to carry Carl. Tao and Nirvana on his backs while wounded from his Battle against Hazama all the way back home.
