I think Jin is a lot more similar to Ragna than Noel.

Noel doesn't have a DP. Noel operates on 2 different movesets: Chain Revolver and non-Chain Revolver (kinda like Valk or Litchi).

Plus a lot of her attacks have Projectile property.

When i first time in mah live popped in BBCT i checked the chars out and the moment i chose Ragna (he was my first) next was Noel if i remember correctly and i was interested in her but sadly i didnt pick her up.I do like her combos alot :) Ive done some challenges on her some reason i gave up fast....well i do want to give her another try and is it true that she got nerfed on EX?

I'm still trying to figure her out. Her Chain Revolver links are different and she can't special cancel anymore.

Her Spring Raid is a mystery to me. I cant do the 6C combos that I see online. It blue beats everytime.
