Ouch. I think mine is getting close... its been freezing and saying it has to rebuild the file system. It just comes back up no issue but it happens once or twice a week. Good thing i have a xbox for gaming backup.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up to some of the future tournament formats i will be using for special tournaments once i do 3+ standard ones.

1. Forced Paring Team Tournaments - Only able to enter if you have participated in previous standard tournaments and currently have a ranking in the FCT database to judge your skill so i can balance the teams. Will be balanced based on Player Ranking, Win Ratio, and my judgment.

2. Free Team Tournaments - Anyone can join and teams will be fully determined by those entering. If you don't have a team you can sign up and be assigned to one randomly. This will obviously mean some very powerful teams will be present so im going to probably wait till FCT has a bit of a larger player base to make sure we can have several good teams.

3. No Clones Tournament - This will be similar to my tournaments before where each character could only be used by 1 participant and no one is able to switch their character for the entire tournament. Character choice priority will not be chosen based on fighting as before it will be determined through the Rankings. Anyone can enter however priority will go to those with character rankings in the FCT database. If two people are tied for character priority then it will be randomly decided who gets to use that character for the duration of the tournament.

4. Possible Story Driven Event - This is an experimental idea im working on to recreate a branching story style event that follows the main story of BB but branches based on the outcome of each match. Each character will be represented by a single participant like #3.

Just so you know, the EU release of this game is 22nd February in case you are planning to do another one.

Il be hosting 1 every week. March 3rd will be the second PS3 tournament and March 10th will be the second Xbox tournament.

Il be alternating them consistently to give each tournament 2 weeks of sign up time.

The PS3 tournament will be on Saturday this week and we currently have 9 people signed up. It will begin at 3PM EST. Signups will still be open for anyone who wants to join until about a hour before the event begins and then i will close them and begin setting up the possible bracket.

At 3PM i will check to see who is all online and ready to go and the ones who are not online will be deleted from the tournament and then i will shuffle the bracket and begin invites.

Hope to see a good turn out and more signups before the event.
