1-The vita is not as powerful as the console(s). You can skip the matchup screen on the console because it loads faster, and once everything loads the game allows you to skip. the vita needs more time to do so, so it wont let you skip so that it can load everything.

Yeah, I had an idea that it was something like that, since the longer loadtimes in general are noticeable. But I didn't think much on it, lol. Thanks.
And eh, yeah. But I'm okay enough with some lesser-quality SFX when they're still easy enough to hear and everything else is so nice. Though also, when I hit the PS button, do whatever, and come back to BB, the music is louder and the voices quieter until another loadscreen. lol

Edit for less fail: The touchscreen does have touch functionality for the gallery, at least. You can scroll through, and select and image, and pinch to zoom in or out (and can doubletap for a quick zoom), etc. Gotta press buttons to back out though, far as I can tell.

Vita has online but it is seperate from the PS3 online.
