The real devil may be "God" from the bible, who is not really a god and is the wolf dressed in sheep's clothings, the real hell is it's "heaven".

No I just noticed in many mythologies dogs are associated with hell. like Cerberus and the hell hounds

That doesn't prove anything. If you look at Mu's scene where she descends from the tower, do you symbolize that as an archangel? Or Jesus?

BlazBlue has alot of symbolic things in it (like Takoto said), sub consciously or not, and it can be taken the wrong way depending on your mindset.
