Just because we don't reply in a few hours doesn't mean we don't like it ;)
Like what Zorgen said, sometimes I don't know what to say in reply to a new piece.
Personally I really like your art, and this is one of my favorite Art threads, but I think your pieces a few posts back (even if the anatomy was a bit off) has been better than some of your recent stuff imho.

In reply to saying Keaton's and Takoto's threads are more active... it's probably because half of the posts have nothing to do with art :P

I usually comment on your art on skype and give you some sort of constructive feedback. I imagine there is plenty of silent appreciation going on here where people are taking time to look at your art but just aren't sure what to comment that isn't a generic "it looks really nice" comment, since there isn't a lot more that can be said about a style that is so often seen - there just isn't a lot that is unique about it regardless of your ability to use colour well. Another problem you have is re-using the same poses and viewpoints that you have already accustomed yourself to very well and never trying anything new because you fear it'll look weird; you just have to push yourself to be more creative in this respect though if you want to make your work different, I'm sure every artist has once or twice opted to hide a character's hands behind their back after a period of frustration, but eventually you will just have to learn how to do these things properly unless you want to rehash the same old boring poses again and again. As Cutey Honey 97 suggested, stepping out of your comfort zone might be beneficial in giving you a more broad artistic prespective rather than just simple anime girls. Perhaps if you want to receive a more significant response you could request constructive criticism along with your in order to help you improve further.

Also, I'm not sure what you mean about my thread being active, it hasn't been posted in in a while xD; even then people may have reacted more to it just because of the sillyness of some of my drawings, which invited a response, in opposition to simple portraiture.

Anyway, that's all I have to say for now. I can see a lot of potential in you, and I'm certain everyone else here can too; you just need to work out how to effectively channel your obvious talents into something constructive.

I like that pic a lot. Better than the last couple of pics I think. Though I'll say the shoulders look a bit wide/weird but nothing else that's major.

The shoulders are actually, for once in proportion. The head takes up around a 3rd of the with of the body, with the shoulders on either side.

Idk if this was by accident or not, but he did well in actually making things proportionate. The only thing i see is that she has a wierd... hunch, you could say? It looks like she seriously slumps her left shoulder and her right shoulder is really high.

Yea sorry, that's what I actually meant. The shoulders didn't seem wide to me personally, they just looked a bit oddly shaped.
About the head; the face looks ok but then the top half of the head just looks a little inflated if you compare it.

Aside from what's already been said, that looks really good!

My thoughts have already been spoken by Squall here.

Absolutely gorgeous. It seems that you don't need to worry about coloring, you got that down pretty well.
The proportioning is very nicely done, too. Keep practicing, man. You can never stop getting better. :D
