BB:CSE Gallery query

Hi, I've being trying to complete the gallery but there is one image that just will not unlock; it is; True end illustration #03. I played through true story 3 times and it didn't unlock so I started a new save game, even reinstalled the game data but when i completed true story again, the same image still won't unlock?!?! I really have no clue about this now, also would it be possible for someone to test it to see if it should unlock just by completing the true end scenario? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks 8-)

. On PS3 by the way and am not using a CS story save either.

Ah, about that. If i remember correctly, for some reason, Ragna's bad ending illustration is on that place, so you gotta get Ragna's bad ending.

I can clarify 'true end illustration 03' is indeed unlocked when you complete Ragna's bad ending, thanks for the help guys!
