Well they've had what? 10 years to work on guilty gear since the first one came out? It's no surprise that would be more balanced.

You could argue Guilty Gear is a modern fighter because of how it's coming to PSN/Live.

I think there should be something new instead of Guard Primers
I don't know exactly what, but just something uhh...better? lol

As for Negative Penalty
It's a good thing when somebody runs away all the time for no good reason
But it sometimes activates in the worst times possible when nothing bad actually is happening

I'd say to improve Negative Penalty somehow but not get rid of it completely
