You got it wrong lol.
It's マコト, not まこと.
So it's マコトちゃんはかわいいいです. (Don't separate the words)

FYI:
- マコト = BlazBlue
- まこと = Street Fighter

Would the correct particle be は or が in this case? I know the former introduces a new topic while the latter identifies what is being described. Usually when I see this sentence structure, it is usually が that I see being used (ex. マコトちゃんがかわいいです！).
