Okay, I'd like to make this a thread so any newcomers have an idea what the character has been through without browsing through pages and pages of roleplaying.

Jin Kisaragi
Jin trained with Jubei, but could not get through his defenses thanks to his mind occupied on his worry towards Tsubaki, which has gone bigger. When Jubei left him, Jin opted to go to Ikaruga after hearing that his brother has gone there. His previous battle in the Cauldron weighs heavily in his mind.
Just shortly after entering, he encountered Litchi Faye-Ling, a doctor who blocked his way back then in the Cauldron when he tried to strike the Imperator. Driven with his anger against how she dared blocking him, Jin attacked and attempted to kill her. His attempt was interrupted by Phantom, who reveals herself as Nine of the Six Heroes. Jin was quite overwhelmed, but the battle was in turn interrupted by Relius Clover, who ordered Phantom to fall back and then leaves.
Jin continued to attempt to execute Litchi, but after hearing what seemed to be a genuine plea to get her to live, he changed his mind and decided to use her to get all the information he could to disrupt whatever NOL is planning. He ended up making her open up to her troubles, and decided to make use of her trust on him. Then, he was reunited with Jubei.
After a bit talk, he reached an NOL branch where he left Litchi for awhile to 'resume' her mission, which had something to do with 'Kill Carl Clover' (Though she did not plan to kill him). While waiting outside, he encountered Tsubaki Yayoi. Rather than engaging her in battle, Jin tried to converse with her, but she did not say a thing. Jin instead knocked her unconscious and took her into the abandoned base. After conversing further with Litchi and telling her to take care of Tsubaki, Jin prepared to depart to buy some necessities for then night.
After buying some food, he saw a suspicious man from NOL. When he arrived back to the abandoned base, however, the mysterious man, Abel Longinus, turned out to have set up an ambush and attempted to retrieve Litchi back to Relius. After being refused, the man attacks Jin instead and he started fighting...
In the middle of battle, Jin realized that Abel's loyalty towards NOL was a bit shaky. He tried goading Abel through words to turn his back against NOL, but was distracted enough to get knocked down... just in time for Litchi to brave herself up and assisted Jin, affirming her own senses of right and wrong, which Jin applauded. However, before the battle could continue, Abel's brother Cain suddenly crashed into the battle and attempted to kill Abel. Not wanting to get a source of weapon towards NOL get killed needlessly, Jin attempted to defend Abel, but Cain attacked him anyway...
Jin ended the battle quickly once he realized Tsubaki was coming back to her senses, with him being victorious over Cain. But fatigue, hunger and injury took toll of him and he fell off unconscious. He's currently tended by Litchi, but he's been having some dreams, regarding both the past events with Ragna, his role as the world's antibody as well as Terumi...
Ultimately, he saw a dream of another world where Tsubaki became his secretary and Noel did not exist. He was utterly shocked witnessing Tsubaki dying in that dream and woke up, feeling that the dream may be real. He is now convincing Tsubaki once more to leave NOL and stay with him, using that dream as a way to convince her.
Jin succeeded in persuading her. To compensate for her lack of fighting ability at the moment, he picked up her dagger, taking Litchi along to gather around what she had given to NOL (turns out she didn't give much). After handing the dagger to Tsubaki, Jin and Abel managed to convince Cain to not kill each other and fight on his side. Afterwards, he set up that for the night they'd be staying there.
In the night, Jin was disturbed with Jubei's words that his training wasn't complete. He tried to use the night as an attempt to train himself, but instead was sidetracked with Litchi, who broke under pressure. He gave her his piece of mind, and even let her cry on his chest. She offered him to be her friend and he begrudgingly accepted. Just before he could resume his training, however, the two was sidetracked with a bear under the influence of Chimera attacking Linhua, and on spotting the two, the bear attacked them.
Current state: Alongside Litchi, fighting a Chimera-possessed bear.
Relius Clover
Relius started out issuing the order for Litchi to kill his own son Carl. Shuffling through his research, he recalled one last failure that is the experiment of 'Ars Magus Army: Four Gods'. After noting that there may be some valuable information left in the last place where the research took place, Ikaruga, Relius heads there, after contacting Terumi and realized the other value of Arakune.
When he realized that Phantom was releasing Arakune, Relius interrupts her interruption towards the fight between Jin and Litchi; telling her to knock it off and had Ignis restrain Arakune to conceal its presence. He just left without acknowledging Jin's presence, nor Litchi's condition.
He's slowly getting his necessary data back... but the sight of Hakumen and being in Ikaruga reminded him of the missing Nox Nyctores Phoenix Rettenjou. Recognizing as a threat for his plan, he plans to have it secured, by trying to ask Tsubaki Yayoi to do the job for him. Afterwards, he secured the necessary data, but rather than going home, he decided to watch Hakumen from afar and see what he would do.
After seeing Hakumen drive off Isamu Masaaki, Relius managed to trick Isamu into getting a fit of rage towards Ragna the Bloodedge. Afterwards, he was contacted with someone from the Eden project, then left for his own business in Ikaruga. He encountered with Terumi once more and conversed on how he planned to make Litchi undermine her own selfishness and mentioned about the vampire Tazuka. Upon arriving at the NOL base, he assigned Lt. Col. Abel Longinus to extract the status report of Litchi and her assignment, while he himself resumed his experiment with Arakune, bringing forth the body of Lord Tenjou for extra discussion topic.
Arakune for some reason went berserk, but Relius managed to subdue him. When he contacted Abel, he found out that Litchi has failed her job and possibly betrayed him. He planned to head there, but was distracted with the destructive battle between Isariel and Taokaka in the courtyard.
Taokaka attacked him, but Relius easily knocked her out and took her in to investigate the sudden fit of berserk that affected animal-like creatures, with Isariel assisting his investigation. He called off the meeting soon after learning that the source might come from somewhere beyond the Boundary, and dismissed Isariel. Shortly after, Tazuka arrived to check up on him, and Relius then assigned him the mission to capture Litchi and retrieve Abel, while he resumed his research.
The berserk fits of animals disturbed Relius that he filed a permission from the Imperator to investigate. Beforehand, he left an agonizing message to Taokaka about how Litchi abandoned her and her clan. He joined up with Phantom, inviting her to join his investigation, then joined up with Terumi, planning to invite him as well, as they surround and fight Hakumen.
Thanks to the efforts of Phantom and Terumi, Relius managed to bring down Hakumen and left him to be contained by Phantom. From Terumi, he learned about his backup plan to use the betraying Litchi to bait Jin; as well as the presence of Nox. He decided to get some 'fresh air' outside, ended up fighting Nox, with Han Xing-Long joining in in the last minute.
Current situation: Fighting Nox and Han.
Han Xing-Long
After a dream of his dead wife, Han finally arrived at Ikaruga. The first person he met is Carl Clover. As he reminded him as a 'kid version of Relius', the Ars Magus Seiryuu went berserk and put him in a violent trance as he had a bad memory with Relius and attacked Carl violently, despite him pleading him to stop him.
Thankfully, his rampage was stopped thanks to the interruption of Bang Shishigami. However, he noticed that there's something wrong with his arm... He decided to hide it and make up for his roughness by patching up Carl's wounds and giving Bang some water. He did not realize, however, that in front of him is the Nox Nyctores Nirvanna.
He then went to an NOL branch nearby with Carl to gather information. Inside, he found out the fate of those failed on the project of Four Gods... all their families slaughtered. This threw Han into a fit of rage that it reveals what is wrong with his arm... it grew scales of a dragon. In that time, he was approached by Litchi, and he proceeded to chew her out for leaving and abandoning Orient Town...
Fortunately for him, Litchi managed to calm him down and reassured him that she still loves Orient Town and will return once it's all over. He then traveled further with Carl to gather allies to help her and face Relius. But along the way, a scrap android was thrown near him, in which it gains his suspicion...
He ended up meeting the mad scientiest Stitches and showed his strength when he's calm. But he escaped before he could ask further. Thankfully, perhaps he could garner more information about Relius from Tager & co... He became quite acquaintated with the group and decided to join in to storm the NOL branch of Ikaruga on the next day. They also met Lambda along the way.
Thanks to Seiryuu, he was able to sense Relius nearby. With that, he told Carl to take the 'fake dead' medicine. Posing as a 'corpse collector', Han managed to pass by Relius as he took on Nox (who separated with Tager, Noel, Makoto and Lambda). After dropping Carl in a safe place, he sent a note for him to move on without him, while he confronted Relius and fought him...
Current situation: Fighting Relius, teamed up with Nox.

Whew, that's about it. Let's see if this topic proves useful. I don't expect you to be overly detailed, but you could mention important things that happened to the character throughout the history rather than just their current situation.
